Wow! Thanks Robert! I have nearly all of Znosko-Borovsky's works and continue to read them. He is an awesome instructor. As a matter of fact, the older authors kick butt on the newer ones who mostly just throw variations at you with little or no words, and even when they include words, they're pretty poor writers. Eugene Znosko-Borovsky was the best! A Grandmaster and I think his career was interrupted by the war, World War I that is. Anyway, he could play with the best of his day and hold his own. Another good player at this time Oldrich Duras. Eric
