I've been working on a chess post, I really have, but it's not ready, and so today I simply present two images. Above, a photo of Juneau, Alaska I shot the other day.
Below, a photo of Elizabeth Vicary that she shot the other day. She, like me, feels the urge to write about things other than chess from time to time. Thus this post.
That photo of the boat is amazing!! I just got a new camera so I am trying to figure out how to take good pictures! I need to visit Alaska, every picture I have ever seen of your state is just breathtaking!!
ReplyDeleteStellar photos!
ReplyDeletethanks for liking it
ReplyDeleteThat first picture is absolutely amazing.
ReplyDeleteThe second photo i saw on Vicary's blog which i read because its mostly relaxing entries.
The photo of the boat is spectscular, the other photo i have seen on Vicary's blog, but still a good photo.
ReplyDeleteLove the fog! Makes me want to move to Alaska; that, and the salmon.
ReplyDeleteThe first photo kind of made me hyperventilate and think about that Stephen King short and H.P. Lovecraft and large scary-beautiful abstract places; and then the second photo did too—hyperventilate that is, not so much think about horror, though maybe think about the Sea along with Botticelli's "Birth of Venus" painting.
ReplyDeleteCan't breathe I say, these photos have been to much for me.
Thanks everyone for the photo comments! I will be back soon with some more images, and also some actual posts of substance...
ReplyDeleteMDLM program is why you fail.
